All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and limits specified in their respective promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of up to 150%, with a maximum bonus value of RM 600. This bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount and is valid for use within 30 days from the date of crediting.

General Bonus Terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per account, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another person or converted directly into cash.

Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or suspended for more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and the stakes returned to the member's account balance.

Odds Error: 32vin reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical error. Affected members will be notified and their stakes refunded. Winnings derived from odds containing a material error will not be processed for withdrawal.

The 32vin VIP Rewards Program consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Eligibility for each VIP tier is determined by cumulative deposits into your 32vin account. Upgrades happen automatically and require no manual application.

32vin reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits, or terms of the VIP programme at any time, with at least 7 days' notice to affected members via their registered email. Changes that are favourable to members may be implemented without prior notice. VIP status that has been attained remains in place for as long as the account is active and will not be downgraded solely due to inactivity.

32vin takes platform integrity and the experience of all members seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without a refund:

• Multiple Account Registration — holding more than one active account in any form.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets.
• Use of automated software — using bots, scripts, or other software to play or place bets automatically.

32vin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Requests from competent authorities.

Account Closure at Member's Request: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. For accounts closed at the member's request, any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Inactive Account: Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. 32vin reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of RM 10 per month on inactive accounts that still hold a balance.
